FIRST-TIME BUYERS
Though I enjoy working will all clients, I have to admit working with first-time buyers is especially enjoyable to me. I understand you have many questions and concerns, and you may sometimes feel overwhelmed by the high prices of homes in the Seattle area.
Even if you are just starting to think about your first property, I am more than happy to sit down for a consultation and answer any questions you may have. I will also go over what your "homework" is and what you can expect from the buying process.
Many of my buyer clients start working with me a few months before they are really ready to make an offer. This is often times the best way to go, since it will give you a chance to see lots of properties with me and get feel for the market so that, when you are ready to buy, you are comfortable doing so.
