Coldwell Banker Bain makes education for their agents a priority.  In addition to the class hours required by the state licensing department, Bain requires an additional two weeks of training for their agents before they begin their career.  In addition, the company has a strong continuing education program that includes weekly forums, classes and company seminars.  Many of our competitors hold an annual conference at most.

Bain also requires their agents to be Realtors associated with the National Assocation of Realtors.  Realtors are held to a code of ethics that normal real estate agents are not.
